PROMOTER: Perth Motorcycle & Scooter Show, Premiere Events & Productions.

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Entry is only open to Australian residents. If a winner is aged under 18 years of age a parent or guardian must accompany them throughout the trip and will fill the place of the 2nd ticket of the prize (prize companion). Employees, Exhibitors, Contractors (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

3. Entries close Sunday, 13th September 2009 and must be placed in the competition barrel at the Perth Motorcycle & Scooter Show, Perth Convention Centre, 21 Mounts Bay Road, WA, 6000.

4. Contestants may enter as many times as they wish using the coupons found in The West Australian newspaper. Contestants entering the competition at the show using the printed forms given with entry ticket may only enter once. Entrants that are found to enter more than once using the “printed” forms will be disqualified.

4. The "Trip for Two to the 2009 Australian Mototcycle Grand Prix" competition consists of:
- flights for (2) two persons to Melbourne, VIC, Tullamarine Aiport from any location within Australia.
- Accommodation for (2) two persons for 2 nights at the Mecure hotel or similar star rating.
- Transfers for (2) two persons from the Mecure Hotel to the 2009 Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix and return
  
5. Promotion commences on Monday 6th July 2009. Entries close 5.00pm on Sunday, 13 September 2009.

6. Ticket prizes will be allocated according to the draw order. 1st drawn: Trip for Two to the 2009 Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix. 2nd drawn: Vmoto Milan JX50 Scooter. 3rd drawn: Xtreme Moto XT70 4th drawn: TomTom Rider GPS System

7. The winners of the 1st Prize and their prize companions must comply with all directions of the Australian Grand Prix Corporation (AGPC) at all times and agree with the conditions which are available at www.motogp.com.au or from AGPC, and the Conditions of Entry displayed at entrances to the Event). The winners each agree to make his or her prize companion aware of the Conditions.

8. Prizes will be drawn at random on Monday, 14 September 2009. The decision of management will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9. The winners will be announced on the Perth Motorcycle & Scooter Show website before close of business on Monday, 14 September 2009. The winners will be contacted by the promoter via telephone within 48 hours of the draw. The promoter will conduct all reasonable efforts to notify the winners. If the winners are not contactable for a period of at least 72 hours following the draw, a redraw will take place. Entrants are only eligible to win one prize.

10. The redraw will take place 72 hours after the initial draw. The redraw will exclude winners that weren't contactable and the other ticket winners that have been drawn. The new winner will be notified immediately. Should the new winner not be contactable within 72 hours the process will be repeated.

11. If at any time it is deemed by management, that the spirit and/or intention of the promotion has been violated, the promoter retains the right to refuse the entrant entry into the draw or withdraw the prize at their discretion. Management's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

12. Each entrant agrees that the Promoter may use any still or moving image or sound recording of the prize winner, in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the winner or the prize companion (as the case may be).

13. Should the 2009 Australian Motorcycle Grand Prix be cancelled for any reason, the Promoter will not be required to substitute the prize for another or compensate the winner.

14. Should the winner be unable to accept their prize the prize will be redrawn (please referrer to point 10 regarding redraw procedure).

15. In the event the winner misses flights or transfers the Promoter will make ever attempt to reschedule flights and transfers at the expense of the winner, and at no cost to the Promoter.
